Sexual Assault Forensic Nurse Examiner (Adult) Training Program, 8 am-5 pm, Room 217. IJHN presents a training seminar for Registered Nurses interested in becoming Forensic Nurse Examiners (FNEs).
Students: Attend The Mental Health Student Group Meeting
Students interested in mental health issues around the world or across racial and ethnic groups can attend the JHSPH Mental Health Student Group meeting on Friday, 1-2 pm in Room E6519 at JHSPH, 615 N. Wolfe Street.
Submit Faculty Books For JHU Website
JHU maintains a web page with books by Hopkins faculty and is seeking suggestions for new books to add. Anyone who has recently been the author of a book of relatively general interest published in the past 10 months should e-mail the title, author, date of publication, and a link to a publisher's page or review of the book to Lynn Schultz-Writsel.

Regardless of your ethnic heritage, everyone gets to sport some green and be Irish on St. Patrick's Day. Check out local St. Patrick's Day events courtesy of The Baltimore Sun or stop by the Life of Reilly, a neighborhood Irish pub located just steps from the Hopkins East Baltimore campus. Reilly's is located only 5 blocks from the school--at 2031 East Fairmont Ave. Or jump on the Route 3 shuttle, ride to Washington Street, and walk up one block to Fairmont and Reilly's.
March On Washington For Healthcare Reform
Doctors for America is organizing a march on Washington for healthcare professionals who support health reform on Monday, March 22. Participants are asked to gather at the White House between 10-11 am in white coats or scrubs to march down Pennsylvania Avenue at 1 pm for a rally at Capitol Hill.

Donate Items To Silent Auction: Faculty, staff, and students are asked to donate items to a Clothing Swap and Silent Auction on Tuesday, March 23, hosted by the Haiti Fundraising Committee. Interested participants can donate items or services. To donate contact Sheyanga Beecher or Katie Hartman by Friday and include the estimated value of products or services.
